My recent stay at this hotel was interesting. The salt water taffy tale amused me. Rates and rewards were great, but customer service was lacking. Bike riding was cool. The daily parades were fun. The shops were neat. Skydiving was thrilling. The cleaning was top-notch. Golf options are abundant. The pool was relaxing. The bar had good food. The room was basic but comfy. The location, perfect. Just remember to bring your sense of humor and your appetite for adventure!

my stay at Crystal Beach was wonderful. The room felt fresh and newly renovated, with a helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, with plenty of dining options nearby. The small gym was a nice perk, and the 24/7 access was convenient. The easy pool access and the opportunity to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach were great. The spacious rooms and gorgeous ocean view added to the overall positive experience. 🌴

The front desk staff, especially the girl who helped with housekeeping, made my stay at Crystal Beach Hotel in Ocean City worthwhile. Despite cleanliness issues and lack of enforcement of rules, their location is great. A true gem among few shortcomings. Just remember to pack some bleach wipes.

I liked this brand-new hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The room was updated, with smoke detectors and absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. Comfortable beds, climate control, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave were a nice touch.

The hotel was fairly clean and our room was reasonably spacious and very affordable. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 queen beds, all picture plus necessities as expected. The very very nice staff gave good recommendations.

Loved the room, it was new-fashioned and updated. The location was marvellous for traveling around Ocean City, really close to the beach and the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and all types of amusement, and restaurants.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unhelpful.

We truly enjoyed spacious rooms and excellent food.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

the hotel was clean and in a perfect spot near the end of the boardwalk. the daytime desk clerk was great, and the restaurant at the hotel was very cool.

The place was great and excellent, we truly enjoyed it. The hotel was in a favourable location, near everything that we wanted. And it was also next to the beach and the boardwalk.

We were there for 6 nights, overall had a really great stay. Thoroughly enjoyed spacious standard room with a jacuzzi, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

During my transit in Ocean City, Crystal Beach Hotel provided the perfect convenience as it is only 10 km away from Osvaldo Vieira International. The no-frills hotel also offers a friendly atmosphere and essential amenities, making it a comfortable stopover for travelers.

The only minor inconvenience during my stay was the lack of a table or counter in the bathroom to put things. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.

During my recent business trip, I had a fantastic stay at Crystal Beach Hotel in Ocean City. The highlight of my visit was definitely the oceanfront pool on the 2nd floor. Taking a morning swim while watching the waves crash was a truly rejuvenating experience. The outdoor hotel pool overlooking the ocean was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of meetings. The breathtaking view and serene ambiance made it a refreshing and memorable stay at Crystal Beach.

The location of Crystal Beach Hotel is perfect for families and couples, as it is close to Jolly Roger at the Pier amusement park and the convention center. The rooms are equipped with all the comforts of home, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, as well as furnished balconies or patios with lovely ocean views.

The heater in my room stopped working in the middle of the night, making the room uncomfortably cold by morning. When I complained to the 11:00am check-out staff, the elderly woman acted unconcerned and dismissed my complaint.

Every time in Ocean City, I choose this place. The hotel is fairly clean and the stuff are very nice.
